Shipping & Delivery Information 

Delivery is Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after 4pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

We strive to deliver all your items together and at the same time, however in some cases your order may arrive in separate consignments.

Delivery is usually within 1 - 2 working days.

United Kingdom

Standard delivery will be charged at £3.95

Express delivery is £4.95.

UK Orders of £4.99 and under are charged at £2.95 for standard delivery or £3.95 for express delivery.

Republic of Ireland

ROI Orders are charged at £4.95 per delivery.

Large, Bulky Items

Large bulky items can take anywhere between 3-6 working days and the charges may vary depending on the item. Please note that some large bulky items on our website are only available for delivery or in-store collection in Northern Ireland (always check the product description).

Stock Outs

Usually everything displayed on our website as 'In Stock' is present in our warehouse and available for immediate dispatch. In the rare event that any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email/phone call confirmation of any cancellation as a result of stock out, and where necessary refunds will be issued to the appropriate accounts. To the extent that the out of stock item forms part of a larger order, all other goods ordered by the customer will be dispatched as normal.

Delivery Timeframes

Once despatched, the on time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and Toymaster cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.

In order to avoid disappointment, we suggest that customers place orders well in advance of birthdays and Christmas to allow for any unforeseen delays.
